The melt alloy is rapidly quenched into amorphous strip by rapid solidification process, and the nanocrystalline grains with high saturation magnetic induction, high permeability and low coercivity are precipitated on the amorphous matrix by heat treatment. It has the characteristics of low loss, good stability, high strength and toughness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
